On October 8, 2024, we officially launched our Supportive Program for Advancing & Rethinking Quality (SPARQ)! SPARQ is a new Quality Improvement Committee at BSF supported by the Dr. Barrie Strafford Centre for Learning, Innovation & Quality, bringing together residents, families, front-line staff, and corporate team members to make a real difference and influence change in the places they live and work.

At our launch day, we dove right in to brainstorming, collaborating, and sharing ideas, and we also enjoyed some fun team-building activities! Together, we’re shaping a future of continuous improvement and enhanced cross-disciplinary collaboration at BSF.
