NanoSALV Proof of Concept Project

About the Project  

BSF recently participated in a study at Bow View Manor and Clifton House to assess the potential of incorporating NanoSALV, an advanced wound care treatment created by NanoTess. This innovative wound care treatment aims to enhance healing, reduce pain, and improve quality of life for patients by integrating advanced wound care with existing treatment practices.  

Impact of the Project 

Results from the project saw improvement in wound healing, including faster healing time, less pain, and increased physical and mental wellness. Notably, we saw a 58% improvement in wound healing. We are now working to implement the product in all five of our continuing care sites.
